Agreement and scope

These terms govern your use of the SpotOrbit website, platform, and mobile apps provided by SpotOrbit LLC, a Florida company. SpotOrbit helps users access participating properties and, where available, view availability, make reservations, and use camera-related features. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Use SpotOrbit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with each property's rules. Do not interfere with the services, attempt unauthorized access, misuse reservations or access credentials, or use camera features to violate another person's rights or privacy.

Properties and reservations

Property owners and administrators, rather than SpotOrbit, control their properties. They are responsible for the access rules, prices and availability they provide, on-site conditions, safety, signage, and compliance with applicable law. Follow their posted instructions and any reservation conditions shown before booking.

SpotOrbit provides software that facilitates property access and reservations. A listing or reservation does not make SpotOrbit the owner, operator, or manager of a property, or guarantee that a space or access will be available in every circumstance. Contact us if a paid reservation cannot be provided as described.

Cameras and access features

Where offered, camera images or other access information may be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate. They do not guarantee the prevention of incidents and are not a substitute for emergency services or on-site safety procedures. Do not rely on them as your sole basis for a safety decision.

Property administrators are responsible for camera placement and required notices, permissions, and lawful operation at their properties. You must not record, redistribute, or misuse camera content in violation of law or another person's rights.

Payments, renewals, and cancellations

Prices and applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before you complete a purchase. A daily purchase is a one-time charge. Monthly or annual plans renew automatically only when the renewal frequency, price, and terms are disclosed at checkout and you authorize the recurring charge.

To cancel a monthly or annual plan, email [email protected] before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the period already paid for. We do not automatically issue refunds for an unused portion of a paid period, except where required by law.

For a duplicate charge, billing error, or service that was paid for but not provided, email [email protected] with the relevant details. We will review the request and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Availability and security

We work to keep the services available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free information, or that any system will be free of security incidents. Features may depend on third-party networks, devices, payment providers, and property equipment outside our control. Where permitted by law, the services are provided as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property and your content

SpotOrbit LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the services, software, branding, and content they provide. You may use them only as needed for your permitted use of the services. You retain rights in content you submit and give us permission to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the services. You are responsible for having the rights to submit that content and for its lawful use.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the services or other users, address suspected misuse or unlawful activity, comply with law, or respond to a property administrator's access decision. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated violation of these terms. Any payment rights required by law still apply.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SpotOrbit LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, including lost profits or data. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

Updates, law, and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new update date. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide any notice required by law. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
